Above is the circuit diagram of how the circuit will be connected. There is a 32K resistor connectted from PIN2 to ground. This is required in all PICAXEs for reliable operation.
The LEDs are connected to PIN11 and PIN12, these correspond to OUTPUT6 and OUTPUT7 respectively.
